Summary: Although a 2-star, the room was comfortable and quiet with a working AC. The staff was most caring to us ultra seniors.who spent a week with them. As for their breakfast, it ranks number one among the many hotels we stayed, including all 3-star. The total amount is very competitive. We will book for next year.

Summary: Booked this for an overnight trip. The location was in close proximity to our destination and was easy to get off of, right off the highway. The foyer has been updated and is very modern and clean. The front desk staff at check in and out were both very helpful and kind. The room had a very musky, dank smell. The windows don’t open so we couldn’t even air it out. One of the beds was so saggy it was uncomfortable, the hotel doesn’t offer cots so we asked for an extra blanket to sleep on the floor. The blankets had dirt marks on them. And when we asked for extra washcloths (they only provided 2 sets of towels despite booking for 4 people), we were told they didn’t have any extra washcloths. We used the pool and jacuzzi for a bit. The kids enjoyed the pool but the jacuzzi was luke warm. The included breakfast was a nice mix of hot and cold items.

Summary: Staff was nice, breakfast was okay and in-room HVAC unit was pretty quiet. Renovations were being performed so there was a little more dirt and paint smells that were not expected although there were no noise issues.
